How do we convince the world that we need a weekend of 3/7 days of the week, and 4/7 days for work?
I am working "80%" (the way we call it) so I usually have a 3-days WE. :D

No one likes to work except crazy workaholics
work is good for people. No work would cause millions of people to fall into depression, because people would lose purpose for their lives. Relaxation is fine, but what is relaxation if there is nothing to relax from.

Yeah, but a ratio of work of 5/7 with rest for 2/7 days isn't efficient for productivity. People are gonna get tired. How about a weekend of 3 days, or alterning work day and rest day?

Yeah i'm ok with that IG. I think though that people should be able to work as they want to. I would just say that there should be no regulation for how many days people can get off but everyone is responsible for requesting days off or working as much as they like. What I mean is, if someone wants to work 6 days a week, let them. If someone wants to work 3 days a week, let them. No regulation because not everyone has the same needs.
