No, its just there
Unfortunately, it has its own meaning for each annotator. As far as I know, these have not been discussed. My best advice is to conclude that the giver feels something strongly, but it isn't like or dislike or heart, or any other option. Of course, some people just like to click ALL the reaction icons. Either unhelpful or playful; I haven't decided.

Interesting that "doesn't convey an opinion" is totally opposite to how I interpret it: "feels something strongly".

It can also mean: I'm not particularly looking forward to dinner this evening.

Horsey exists because it can jump around freely. You can't squeeze it into solid structures.

The debut of Horsey. Started as an annual Lichess April fools joke blog post. There are hundreds of posts on the subject. Mostly a kids thing...but all in good fun. There's even a Horsey chess piece set available. - :]
