What is chess??

I like comparing chess to manure...

On the one hand, it's useful for many things, such as improving your brain's strategic skills; like manure is good for fertilizing fields. But like manure, it can be harmful to your health if consumed in large amounts.
My dad said that chess is certainly not a rocket science but a good way to waste time looking smart doing so. But I think that chess is very interesting game, better than dungeons and dragons but still not as good as league of legends or football (but not soccer!). Since Im not playing football till next year for now I only playing chess and league.
"but still not as good as league of legends"

You gotta be kidding me, mate.
League of Legends huh? Anyone here play Skyrim? League pales in comparison :}
Skyrim is very cool game, I played it much when I was younger. Khajiits are my favorite and I want to play a game where I can travel to Elsweyr, the homeland of them. But in Skyrim you play vs AI and in league you play vs other players and very much skills needed to be good, even to play in gold 2 like me you need to learn very much, so its comparable to chess.
Skyrim is pretty awesome, but the only game I dare to compare to chess is Quake. I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with the game and the competitive scene that has been going on for a few years by now, but I can assure you it's the pineapple of competitive gaming.
