Which online chess retailer has the best customer service?

I’ve heard bad things about House of Staunton, and I’m trying to decide which of the alternatives is the best. The products and prices on the websites of the various online chess retailers seem to be basically equivalent. As a tiebreak, I’m interested in finding out which, in your experience, has the best customer service. This is for ordering in the United States.

House of Staunton has excellent customer service. It also helps that I know a couple people who work there as they are based in my hometown.

Chess House is excellent, super fast shipping, with tracking. Multiple orders and very consistent.

Also a great experience with Rochester Chess Center.

House of Staunton fulfills orders for chess.com and those experiences were not great. (Yes, I use both sites, hehe)
