Log out, log in

Is there any legitimate reason for a player to log out ,then log in two or three times during a game?
How do you want people to respond to that, "legitimate". Logging in and out is disrespectful and can imply cheating
You erroneously assume I want a particular response. Actually, I am just curious about the possibility that there might be some legitimate reason I have not considered. Players who do that could chime in and answer the question with their reasons for the practice.

For example, "I am afraid my computer will overheat." "I don't pay my electric bill, and this is the utility's way of warning me." "The circuit breakers in my house keep triggering." "I must have a faulty internet connection.", etc.
The in and out logging is just browsing between tabs in the browser
If there is football or cricket i am following i will flick between browsers, making me look like i am logging out and then back in, other people might do the same.
Did you notice anything strange in particular about those games with logging in and outs?

From Webster's New World Dictionary, Third College Edition, (1988):

legitimate... 4(b) justifiable or justified 5. conforming to or in accordance with established rules, standards, principles...

Yes, I played a move, the opponent then logged out, was out for a significant amount of time, then logged back in with a good move...did it at least two times...
