Why I get in 65% or 70% ther black colour?

Dear all,

when I start lichss, I nearbey every time I have to start with the black figures. Someties I have 4 or 5 times in line black colour.
I habe no problem to play witrh black, but it should be in a reasonable ratio.

Meanwhile I stop the game, several times, because always black, but when I start a newq one, again blkack comes.
When I stopp to often, lichess forbid me to play because of my behaviour.

I always thought , that the coliur is a random, but that is not possible, when OI get so much black games.
What is the reason?, Can I avoid it ? Is it possible to get a 50% to 50% ratio ?
I tried to find a statsitc, which show me precisely how often I goit black, but I was nit succesfull.

Best regards

Harry
On your profile if you click on the 'Games' tab next to 'Activity' and click on 'Advanced Search' you can filter your games by colour.
In the last week you've had 116 games as white and 101as black.
You may just be having a run of black games, but it all averages out.
Note that aborting games does not reset or "skip" the automatic colour selection and repeatedly doing so can lead to penalties beyond short play bans.

What you can do: Select "Create a game" and choose the colour you want.
This is what I get from a quick glance at your games; it should be mostly accurate. During your last 36 games you have:

*Played 13 games with white
*Played 14 games with black

*Cancelled 1 game with white
*Cancelled 8 games with black

In the last 280 days you have:

*Played white 3305 times
*Played black 3159 times
*Played black 48.87% of your games

There's no problem here. You're cancelling a lot of games with black, but it doesn't work that way. If you choose to cancel a game with black, of course you still have to play a game with black next time in order to keep the balance. Why would a game that wasn't played count?
I can't tell if there is a colour balancer
But I think the random system is really random
one colour may fall more often than another

there are players who play against each other from time to time
but it's a game for the moment and no rematch is used.
it's selected randomly, but the colour was always the same colour

it's literally pure luck

There's some kinda discrepancy here...
Well, it starts with a discrepancy or false expectation. But then, if you always abandon the game when you get the black pieces, then you will really always get the black pieces until you get a temporary play ban, and then it goes on like that until you finally get a full play ban. (Maybe it's possible to get the white pieces if you're paired with someone who also abandons games with the black pieces, but that won't help, because then your opponent will probably abort the game:)
I think you should get a warning for aborting games when you are black.
