How to be better at blitz?

Yep, get better at slow chess. Speed will follow.

Best is puzzle storm and it is a good test against time so it helps in speed and reflexes.

You need to train muscle memory, which means starting slow and gradually increasing speed. Same as any skill. Work on rapid first.

Train tactics.
Playing slow will help surely but if you get bored easily like I do it’s not a viable solution tbh.
