Offering a Rematch After a Win

Some people would probably say that pointing out that you could have won is rude. So maybe, don't do that. Reminds me of a Carlsen game, but I can't find it.
I would also go farther than @Biellafan. I wouldn't only say you're entitled to play for the win, but also obligated to, in respect of the game and of the rating system. If you had a life to attend to and you couldn't finish the game, that would probably be fine, just try not to make a habit out of it.
I think it is a very kind behavior, to be honest.
It is really inpolite when lower rated player wins 1 match and runs away. That is so frustrating.

There can be numerous reasons why some people refuse rematches:
1. With thousands of opponents out there they might prefer playing someone else instead of sticking with the same opponent.
2. They might have something better to do. Some people have lives.
3. They might prefer to the study the game just played.
4. They might be old like me and like to rest between games.

Freedom is a wonderful thing. Nobody should have to do anything. People can accept or decline rematch offers. No excuse is required.

Win or lose I never offer rematches and I never accept rematches. If someone gets nasty about it, that's what the block feature is for.
It's pretty rude if you crush your opponent and then ask for rematch. If the game was balanced then ok.

There are many factors to consider tho.

So, my esteemed opponent offered me a draw many times when he was clearly lost. I declined all the offers. Then I declined the rematch offer as well by automatic habit of declining everything without reading what is offered.
When I win and my opponent asks for a rematch I always say "one game is enough to prove my superiority" and leave.

just kidding. No, well actually it's more rude to not ask for a rematch. I think there should be a "best out of 3" option, so both players know beforehand that there's gonna be more than one game.
In tournaments there are no requests for rematch.
Maybe a feature is needed in the Quick game tab when you create a game or play with a friend. Something like enabling or disabling chat, but instead it would be to enable or disable the rematches (before a game starts).
Players would then only be matched with others that have the same feature button settings (enabled or disabled).
I almost always leave the room when I finish a game, losing or not. It's not because I'm being rude. It is just I get very tired (physical and psychological) and I just can't play one more for at least a few minutes. I act like Kasparov, I leave quickly and talk to that bald guy, except there is no bald guy.
