@shagnik , I mistakenly thought that berserking doubles the points. Thank you for reading carefully. I think my suggestion works even better if it's just one extra point, though :-)
@wannabe2700 , I understand that top players know each other. However, this doesn't change the fact that with my suggestion it is a better strategy to not berserk if you know that your opponent will most likely berserk. ;-)

I don't like the idea of turning blitz tournaments into bullet tournaments (I don't like bullet in general). If other people want to berzerk that's fine with me, but that shouldn't give them an inherent advantage in the tournament. I vote for changing the rules.

You could make it that the reward for berserking decreases if you berserk too ßany times in a row - like it is done for draws.

I think beserk is fine but I agree fewer points should be given for double beserk
