I can't join arena Tournaments

Hello Lichess moderators, I want to report a bug that I can't join any tournament. I am repeatedly pressing the join button but it just not happening and I have to click the button again with the same result. I am fully allowed and have
no Playing ban but still I can not play a tournament.

And even cannot play normal games

Actually, this isn't a bug, your account was marked for doing something in divergence with Terms of Service.

This has to be resolved here: lichess.org/appeal
