Also, I do not understand what's the point in letting the time run if you are lost; it's really annoying. Sometimes, I got disconnected or I need to turn off my computer because my boss is nearby, and I get warnings without bans (fortunatly Lichess is working awesome by detecting those as "connection issues" and not something to be banned.

And if you mouseslip, accept the loss or keep fighting. I mouseslip more than once when I'm playing for many hours :D

1) I wouldn't be insulting any chess moves with a rating like yours.

2) You openly admitted to doing something wrong, then when anyone points it out you throw a fit. That person waited there thinking that you'll be back(. It hurt them so much they took the time to report you. You've shown no remorse and instead play the victim. Forget about the person you screwed over, it's all about you.

3) Losing the queen for free is hopeless, and there wasn't effective counter play.

Well there probably isn't much I can say, you're going to continue being a narcissist no matter what. I'll feel bad for your opponent in your place.

2) This post is not about me. I didnt say "unban me" it's about the greater issue: i.n. the system that is unfairly punishing players (which others have agreed with).
3) I don't want pity that's not the point of this post I want to shade light on a aspect that affects the greater community playing chess (automated chess bans)
4) you dont know if i got reported or auto flagged by a bot

8) you can probably say a lot of things but you are missing the bigger picture if you re-evalute the person of your arguments your are trying to "expose me" for who i truely am without knowing anything about me and my motives. I think you did cheat. I agree with @JustTraining that that nd5 move was a Stockfish/computer move. By the way were you banned or restricted or anything?

The warning/ban is also triggered for those attempting to circumvent the filter and resign at 5 seconds. It is equally annoying to the opponent to wait that long.

@Debakasmet Ok people are punished fairly 90% of the time from the lichess algorithms because lichess algorithms are simply that accurate. The last 10% can appeal and mods look at the case and decide. So people are punished entitely fairly at the end.

@SavageAntarctican More like 99%. True false engine marks are extremely rare. Also it isn't only timeouts, but also resigning right when a timeout is about to occur. Both are annoying.
