"You played all the puzzles" Bug

I created my account this year and there is no way I actually ran through all of the puzzles. Is there a way to fix this? I don't want to create a new account if I don't have to.

This happens both through the web browser and on my mobile app, i have already tried deleting cookies, but i am not sure what to try next. Any help would be appreciated.

For some reason, there's a cap when you hit 10,000 puzzles. For a solution, I wouldn't know.
