How do I reach 2300 from 2200 rating?

My rating 2200 rapid currently and my puzzle rating is 2400. I don't take more than 10 mins for any puzzle generally but I have tendency to move quickly within 5 secs some times due to which I don't analyze all the lines in games like in puzzles
