By getting annoyed you give them what they want. You might be too young or innocent to understand (in the other topic you said you are 11), but the internet turned into something where people like those have no other entertainment than to piss off other people and enjoy their rage.
"Why would people do that?" you might think, and I cannot give you a satisfying answer. Maybe they got bored over the years and do something like that because they are out of ideas. Maybe by making other people feel angry/upset/sad, they don't need to think about how miserable they are at the moment. Or maybe they belong to the kind of people who think that others shouldn't be such "pussies" and toughen up, just because life has hit them hard, or whatever other reason.
You'll never know, and in the end it'll never matter. Ignore and move on, because there will always be more morons and sane people. For your age it might be tough, but I am old enough to see their own misery in their insults, and that is more than enough punishment they deserve. I smirk, ignore and move on.
