lichess is free... for now

thibault, do you plan to sell this site? if so, i want to buy it.
Not everything should be about money.
The truth isn't always easy to swallow, but it's the truth.
I would personally be saddened if Thibault were ever to sell out this site. It's open source, anyway, so I'm not sure what you would gain in buying it. All you'd gain is the domain, that's about it. Unless of course I'm missing something. :S

Sir, I am confused.
Thibault is an excellent administrator anyway. What makes this site unique is that it is in NO WAY asking for people to pay. Other chess sites are free but you can have "VIP" for "more features"...

This site is wonderful as it is, and if it is purchased by someone, I find that would be a huge waste.

Now quiet -- I have to finish my PhD thesis regarding Theoretical physics ... xD silly chess is gonna make me "unfocused".
