Question

In an X+0 game, is it possible to keep moving once time is at zero if you use pre-move? I only ask because I just drew a game and my opponent made a dozen or so moves with his time at zero. This would not be possible with a physical clock. At some point, if there is no time on the clock and the game is X+0, shouldn't he lose on time? I was just wondering if this is the way it was intended for online play or not. Thanks
It is that way and I dunno whether it is intended or not. I think I saw that at some sites they take 1/3 of a second off your clock for a premove.
