Minor change: 1+3 is now blitz instead of bullet

Lichess now assumes that a game lasts 40 moves in average, instead of previously 30 moves.

As a result, 1+3 games are now estimated to last 60+(3*40) = 180 seconds, i.e. 3 minutes, which is the lower bound for blitz games.

Therefore, starting from tomorrow, all 1+3 rated games will impact the players blitz rating.

If 1+3 is blitz, why 0+5 is bullet ? Because 5x40=200 and 200 seconds it's a time for blitz.

I said "starting from tomorrow" and indeed that will change as well.

An average of 40 moves sounds like an excellent assumption.

I recommend that 5+5 (300s+200s > 8 minutes) should remain "blitz". I tend to imagine that standard games average (at least) 10+ minutes.

also 2+10 counted as blitz but 120+400=520 more than 8 min
