Tomorrow first time tournament

Make sure that you get enough sleep the night before. It will be very easy to get excited and find it hard to get sleep. You don't want to go to a tournament where you are groggy from lack of sleep.

Set aside a time for when you are going to sleep and leave an hour before that time as a cushion to just relax by either reading a book (not a chess book) or listening to some relaxing music.

Also make sure to stretch and move around while playing. You are probably going to tense up and it is important to learn how to unwind when you are feeling tense.

Hey Guys thanks for all the comments and feedback, also I got the date wrong well it was cancel, and so it reschedule which turn out it was today! AND....I came back home now, guess what? share first place with 2 other opponent! :) thank you again guys for all the feedback and comments!
@13 yeah but it was only 4 round and the rule was if tiebreak then blitz match will decide but the games took longer then expected so instead it give three of us who have same points. lol hope what i wrote made sense XD
